Sen. Jon Tester (D-Mont.) said President Biden needs to prove he’s capable of serving a second term in the White House, joining a caucus of Democrats grilling the president following his poor performance in last month’s debate and in-person interviews that failed to allay concerns.
“President Biden must prove to me, and to the American people, that he is capable of holding the presidency for the next four years,” Tester said in a statement Monday.
