The Chicago Sky’s press conference was interrupted by a mysterious audio message Sunday night following the team’s 84-71 loss to the Seattle Storm.
Sky coach Theresa Weatherspoon, rookie sensation Angel Reese and starting guard Marina Mabry were at their desks waiting for questions from reporters when someone appeared to forget to mute the audio.

Video from the press conference shows the three listening in on a conversation about someone’s “intimate relationship,” and their reactions were priceless. Eventually, the person’s audio was muted, but Weatherspoon, Rees, and Mabry were still shocked.
Despite the Sky’s loss to the Storm, Reese set a new record for most consecutive double-doubles by a player, surpassing Candace Parker’s record with 13. Reese finished with 17 points and 14 rebounds, making her the only rookie to average a double-double this year.
