Senator Tom Cotton says Biden’s Justice Department is being used as a weapon against Donald Trump and his supporters.

Sen. Cotton (R-Arkansas) appeared on Hugh Hewitt’s radio show on Monday and said that special counsel Jack Smith is pursuing “insane” and fanatical legal theories that the Supreme Court continues to reject.
Cotton said the investigation methods used were not aimed at real issues affecting the American people.
Instead, he says, they attack President Trump, Catholics whose Masses are deemed too conservative and people who pray outside abortion clinics.
“They used investigative tactics and techniques against every grandma wearing a red MAGA hat who was within a mile of the Capitol on January 6th.Number “Repression is used against rioters, but not against, say, Antifa or BLM rioters, or the Democratic street militias who were marching in front of the homes of Supreme Court justices,” Cotton said.
Cotton added that there’s no doubt the Justice Department is being weaponized, and that the department has two standards of justice under the Biden administration.
