Glenn Beck He was attending a family reunion when he heard the news that former President Donald Trump had been nearly assassinated.
The first thing he said was, “I’m glad I wasn’t fatally wounded.”
“If it had gone down one more inch, he probably wouldn’t be with us,” he sighed, calling the incident a “miracle.”
Glenn, in tears, expressed his concerns about Donald Trump and our country.

“I ask that you all continue to pray for him and for this country. Pray that this is our rock bottom, that this is the worst that can happen before we all stand up and say, ‘enough is enough of this madness,'” he pleaded.
Glenn argues that the left calls “half the country… horrible racist monsters,” while “the other half of the country [Trump] Worse than Hitler.”
“I do not have The media, not the American people [when I ask]what do you think is going to happen?”
Glenn said that while Donald Trump may emulate Pope John Paul II, who was shot in an act of political violence, in “holding no vengeance or ill will, but instead forgiving the shooter,”[demanding] justice.”
His hope for the American people is that they will [their] Emotions and feelings.”
“We protect ourselves from people who use this for manipulation. [and] “They’re going to use this for more conspiracy theories,” he said, adding, “We’re counting the minutes until they start saying this was a right-wing shooter trying to make Donald Trump a sympathetic candidate.”
At the same time, “Do not harden your hearts…show compassion and love; do not “The left is everything we feel,” he said, adding, “This country was founded on Christian principles. … The strongest of those Christian principles is love.”
