Department of Justice says largest company providing housing to migrant children implicated in rampant sexual abuse

Employees of a Texas-based nonprofit that provides housing for unaccompanied migrant children repeatedly sexually abused and harassed minors in its care, the Department of Justice (DOJ) alleges in a new lawsuit From 2015 through at least the end of 2023, multiple employees of the Southwest Key program, the nation’s largest housing provider for unaccompanied children, sexually abused and harassed minors in its care.

White House presents awards to law enforcement agencies fighting illegal drug trafficking

The White House Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) on Friday presented awards to law enforcement officers and agencies for their work in preventing the flow of illegal drugs, including fentanyl, into the country. The United States Enforcement Coordinator (USIC) awards recognized achievements in areas including cyber, domestic and international investigations, emerging threats, highway enforcement and maritime investigations.
