Police arrested a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, woman on Thursday after she allegedly yelled “I’m going to fuck your baby!” and opened fire on a baby in a stroller being pushed by its parents.
WPVI report The attack happened in the 4000 block of Meridian Avenue shortly before 6 p.m.

NBC 10 Philadelphia reported that a neighbor who witnessed the attack took the baby to the hospital, explaining that the parents seemed reluctant to wait for police because they had an outstanding warrant.
“When they found out the baby was 7 months old, the parents said they had a warrant for their arrest. They got out of the car and I took the baby. I felt I had to protect this child,” the neighbor said. “I was overwhelmed. I was scared. This person just walked up, had no guilt whatsoever, just shot and walked away like nothing happened.”
A woman was arrested Friday in connection with the shooting.
