Blame Kamala

The House of Representatives passed a bipartisan resolution censuring the vice president. Kamala Harris The bill is the first to target Harris since she became a leading contender for the Democratic presidential nomination in 2024.

All of the House Republicans along with six Democrats voted in favor of the bill, and it passed by a vote of 220 to 196.

The House Democrats who voted in favor of the resolution were Rep. Jared Golden (D-Maine), Rep. Marie Grusenkamp Perez (D-Wash.), Rep. Mary Peltola (D-Alaska), Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-Texas), Rep. Don Davis (D-Carolina), and Rep. Yadira Carabeo (D-Colo.).

Republicans have long accused Harris of neglecting her duties as president. “Border Emperor” After President Biden tasked her in 2021 with reducing the “root causes” of illegal immigration.

It’s fast becoming a keystone of Republican attacks on Harris as she prepares to face former President Trump in a direct confrontation with the White House. But the six moderate Democrats who voted to censure her amounted to a scathing rebuke of the party’s presidential nominee, even as dozens of lawmakers on the left rushed to endorse her.…read more
