A Second Trump Term ‘Would ‘Put the World at Risk’

Gov. Tim Walz (D-Minn.) said Monday on MSNBC’s “Inside” that former President Donald Trump is such a “frightening” person that if re-elected he would put the world at risk.

“Trump is planning horrible things. I’m not saying he’s trying to get away with it, but I’d like you to explain a little bit more about what that means,” host Jen Psaki said.

“Yes, he’s scary. He’s trying to take away reproductive rights. He’s trying to weaponize the federal government. He’s trying to endanger the world by taking us out of the Union,” Walz said.

He continued, “This guy has done nothing. He’s accomplished nothing. He’s never been in the military. He’s never had a successful business. He comes along and says, ‘Oh, send in the National Guard.’ We all know that wasn’t the case in Minneapolis. We saw George Flood die in the street. It was a tough time. He’s tweeting about shooting people from a bunker. That’s not leadership. It doesn’t solve anything. It takes away leadership from him by stating the obvious, and I think that’s what people are doing. No one wants to be around this guy. It’s just too weird.”
