“I didn’t know there was a trial date today. I didn’t know they had a plea deal… I was told by the district attorney about a week ago that they had pleaded guilty to murder and would be serving a minimum of two years in adult prison,” Reddy said.

“I’m not happy with two years in an adult prison but at least I should have had something on my record… so far there has been no justice for my son’s murder,” Reddy said.

Robert Draskovich, an attorney representing Gianni Robinson, told FOX 5 Las Vegas that the proposed plea agreement would move the case to juvenile court and seal the criminal records of the four teens involved in Lewis’ death.
Draskovich also told FOX 5 Las Vegas that no formal pleas have yet been entered against the four boys in juvenile court. Sentencing is expected at a later date.
