Trump Reveals He ‘Agreed’ to Debate Harris with ‘Full Arena Audience’

Former President Donald Trump has said he has “agreed” to debate Vice President Kamala Harris in September’s presidential debate.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump said: I have written He has agreed to debate Harris in a debate hosted by Fox News on September 4, moderated by Fox News hosts Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum.

“I have reached an agreement with Fox News to debate Kamala Harris on Wednesday, September 4th,” Trump wrote. “The debate was previously scheduled with Sleepy Joe Biden on ABC, but was canceled due to a conflict of interest arising from Biden’s withdrawal and my ongoing litigation against the network and George Slopadopulos.”

“The Fox News Debate will be in Pennsylvania at a location to be determined,” Trump continued. “The debate will be hosted by Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum and the rules will be similar to those for the Sleepy Joe debate, which was badly treated by our party, but in a sold-out arena!”

Harris had previously agreed to debate Trump, who said he had agreed to the September 10 debate but was “backing off.”

During the interview, which aired on Fox News on Monday night, Trump was asked if he would debate Harris, with the former president ultimately responding, “The answer is yes,” and saying, “I would probably end up debating the vice president.”
