According to reports, Jennifer Lopez is desperate for a fresh start and has shifted her focus to finding a new home.
The 55-year-old “Love Don’t Cost a Thing” singer has been through a difficult summer in recent months, with rumors about her marriage to Ben Affleck having been in the public eye.
While the pair are reportedly no longer on speaking terms and their respective business managers are negotiating divorce proceedings, Jennifer Lopez has her eye on finding the perfect home.

Divorce plans are reportedly being delayed as Lopez and the Oscar winner, 51, have lost contact. TMZ reported: Monday.
Additionally, the pair, who tied the knot in July 2022, have a prenuptial agreement in place and the only asset they can divide is their $68 million Beverly Hills mansion, which is for sale.
They have been trying to sell their 38,000-square-foot home since June.
They initially tried to sell the home off the market, but listed it earlier this month.
The “Gigi” co-stars purchased the home for just over $60 million in June 2023, nearly a year after eloping in Las Vegas.
They have since put the massive 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom home on the market for $68 million and are reportedly “trying to sell fast.”
Last week it was revealed that the father of three had closed on a $20.5 million Los Angeles mansion on the same day as his estranged wife’s 55th birthday.
The Oscar winner snapped up a luxury home in the upscale neighborhood of Pacific Palisades, while his and Lopez’s marital home is still on the market.
The same day that the property closed escrow, Lopez closed on the sale of her New York City condo.
Both real estate transactions took place on July 24th.
