Vice President Kamala Harris has agreed to debate former President Donald Trump, but some believe this just shows her cowardice.
That’s because the former president challenged her to three debates, but the highly scripted and often robotic Ms. Harris only agreed to the one on ABC.

But when asked by reporters about any additional debates beyond the ABC debates she previously agreed to, she was noncommittal.
“I’m pleased that he has finally agreed to debate on September 10th. I’m looking forward to it and I hope he will attend,” she told reporters.
“I’m happy to discuss holding additional debates after September 10th,” she said.
If Kamala Harris doesn’t attend either rally, Donald Trump will host a town hall meeting, according to a new report.
A Trump administration official said they would “hold a town hall meeting” if Kamala Harris did not attend.
Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump plans to appear in front of the television cameras even if Vice President Harris misses the two scheduled debates, a campaign official told The Washington Post.
If Harris is unable to attend, “a town hall meeting will be held,” a Trump administration official said.
Harris, who is considered the Democratic presidential nominee, has just formally agreed to run for the presidency on ABC on September 10.
The former president said at a press conference at Mar-a-Lago this week that he has agreed to debate on Fox News on Sept. 4 and on NBC on Sept. 25.
