When cast members first viewed the footage during a roundtable discussion this weekend (filmed in separate rooms due to the show’s “contentious circumstances”), Josephs said she was “horrified” by the comments.

“I had to make the sign of the cross,” said the 57-year-old. “It’s disgusting.”

After Dolores Catania interjected that Ruelas, 49, would be “damned” for saying such a thing, Giudice responded, “I don’t care.”

“Listen, my children suffered!” said the brave woman, who has four children with ex-husband Joe Giudice: Gia, 23, Gabriella, 19, Milania, 18, and Audriana, 14. “My stepson suffered. My daughters suffered.”

She told Catania, 53, to “not defend” Josephs when the “Traitor” star further stressed that Ruelas’ comments were “wrong.”

Teresa, 52, told her co-stars to “fuck it.”

She added: “He was upset. People make mistakes. I know he didn’t mean to say it. I will make him apologise.”

“I know it’s not right to parent someone else’s child and I deeply regret it,” the businessman continued. “I want to apologize and admit I was wrong.”

Josephs has remained silent about the apology.

Meanwhile, Teresa’s estranged sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga, called Ruelas’ quip “one of the worst things” she’s witnessed in the Bravo show’s 14 seasons.

The series’ unusual reunion comes after Andy Cohen has publicly considered refreshing the cast with “fresh faces,” though he clarified last month that nothing is “definite” yet.

“We were just rambling on,” the Radio Andy presenter said. “We’re going to reinvent the show in some form.”

Cohen also spoke about Ruelas. Tuesday’s episode of the “Garbage World” podcastcalled the whole situation “bleak.”

Giudice has yet to comment on the social media uproar over her allegations that she encouraged her daughters to wear thongs and short skirts.
