Benadryl is very harmful if taken in large quantities And you can lead It can cause nausea, vomiting, hallucinations, seizures and even death.

Jones admitted to police that he gave the drugs to the child, according to Detective Michael Weber with the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office.

Weber also scolded the district attorney’s office for not pursuing the case to prevent Jones from being released on bail.

“No bail revocation hearing was held. This is a failure of the criminal justice system and specifically a failure of the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office,” Weber continued. “I am frustrated that this District Attorney’s Office continues to view these offenders as not being a threat to the public or to new children.”

The district attorney’s office did not respond to KDFW-TV’s request for comment about Weber’s criticism.

The office posted On social media The victim’s father spoke after Jones was sentenced.
