Caitlin Clark signs 2-week-old baby’s onesie in sweet Fever scene

Caitlin Clark’s fame knows no age limit.

The WNBA All-Star appeared at the Indiana Fever’s Fever for Change golf event on Thursday, where she not only met the 2-week-old baby, but also signed one of the baby’s onesies.

“Hey, we have the biggest fans!” the baby’s mom joked.

When asked if this was the youngest person to receive her autograph, Clark agreed.

“I guess so,” the 22-year-old security guard said with a laugh. “I did sign up for an ultrasound once, but I’m out there living in the world, so yeah.”

From there, Clark, his Fever teammates, the baby and its mother all posed for photos.

After a roughly month-long break due to the WNBA All-Star break and the 2024 Paris Olympics, Clark and the Fever will return to the court on Friday night against the Phoenix Mercury.

In his first 26 games as a pro, Clark averaged 17.1 points, 5.8 rebounds, 8.2 assists and 1.5 steals per game.

She was named an All-Star but was not selected for the women’s national team that won its eighth consecutive gold medal at the Paris Games.

Clarke and Team WNBA did indeed defeat the Olympians 117-109 in a modified All-Star Game format, with the rookie recording four points and 10 assists for Phoenix earlier this summer.

Despite playing in games, attending All-Star Week festivities and even wearing a necklace worth more than her base salary, Clarke seemed to be enjoying having some time to relax after a grueling college season and a brief respite heading into the WNBA.

The former Iowa star met up with Aaron Judge at a Yankees game on Aug. 9 and attended a Jordan Davis concert in late July. He also spent some time relaxing on a boat with loved ones.

Despite having Clark and former No. 1 draft pick Aaliyah Boston, the Fever are just 11-15 after the first half of the season.

Clark and the rest of the team are 14 games away from making the playoffs, something the Fever organization hasn’t done since 2016.
