Vice President Kamala Harris appeared to stumble over her words while campaigning in Pennsylvania on Sunday as she explained “what the 2024 presidential election is about” and what America stands for “to the world.”

“On the other hand, when it’s intact, it’s incredibly strong,” Harris added. “The role that the state plays in protecting and defending the rights, freedoms and entitlements of its people is incredibly powerful, and at the same time, incredibly vulnerable.”
As Breitbart News reported, Harris has used a “jumble of words” in previous speeches, offering “strange phrases and explanations for simple ideas.”
During a March 2022 speech in Louisiana, Harris marveled at “the importance of the passage of time.”
During his visit to Poland, Harris appeared at a loss for words and said he stood “on the north side.”

Harris recently delivered another volley of words while speaking unscripted about the prisoner swap with Russia.
