A country where a Democratic presidential candidate refuses to be interviewed is not a free country. If the press is not free to interview a presidential candidate, then there is no freedom of the press. Putin has given more interviews than Kamala.

They don’t care if they’re not fair. If answering questions means Kamala risks bad publicity and losing votes, her entourage thinks it’s not worth it. If winning is all that matters, why take the risk? Why not campaign from a safe place? They say she will speak until the risks of not speaking outweigh the risks of speaking – when the press starts to harshly criticize her and she starts to look like a coward.
And the media says Kamala is smart for not talking to them. They say she’s brave for not giving interviews. The media is enjoying being sidelined in an election year right now because they’d rather lose their jobs and their self-respect than lose the election. Very few reporters look around and say we wouldn’t have a job if we let Kamala ignore us to win.
