Illegal MS-13 Gang Member Gets 70 Years for Raping, Killing Kayla Hamilton

The House Judiciary Committee found that Martinez should never have come to the United States.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) and Immigration Subcommittee Chairman Tom McClintock (R-Calif.) have opened an investigation into Hamilton's murder, revealing that Martinez first arrived at the U.S.-Mexico border in March 2022 and claimed he was fleeing gang violence in El Salvador.

In fact, Martinez has ties to the MS-13 gang in El Salvador and has been arrested previously for those ties. Biden and Harris' Departments of Homeland Security (DHS) and Health and Human Services (HHS) made no attempt to contact the Salvadoran police to gather such information.

After being placed in HHS custody as a UAC, Martinez was placed in Maryland in May 2022 with an adult sponsor who she claimed was her aunt.

Just two months later, Martinez raped and murdered Hamilton.

Nobles, represented by attorney Brian Claypool, has filed a $100 million wrongful death lawsuit against Biden and Harris' Department of Homeland Security and Department of Health for releasing Martinez into the U.S. interior.
