Shooting leaves one dead at historically bloody West Indian Day Festival Parade in NYC

A 25-year-old man has died after being shot at Brooklyn's West Indian Day Parade on Monday, police sources said.

The victim, who was shot in the abdomen, was pronounced dead Monday evening after a lone gunman opened fire on him and four others along the afternoon parade route in the 300 block of Eastern Parkway, sources told The Post on Monday.

The remaining four victims are in stable condition at Kings County Hospital.

The youngest victim, a 16-year-old boy, was shot in the left arm.

Police are investigating the incident as possibly gang-related.

No arrests have been made.
