As early voting begins in key battleground states like Pennsylvania, former President Donald Trump has warned election fraudsters that if he wins, they will be “prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, including lengthy prison sentences.”[.]”
President Trump issued the warning in a Truth Social post on Tuesday.
The former president believes Democrats cheated him out of his 2020 reelection bid, but says he will win the election this time. Probably. Consequences for “pervasive misconduct and misconduct”:
Injunction: I, along with many lawyers and legal scholars, am watching very closely the sanctity of the 2024 Presidential election. Because I know better than anyone the fraud and misdeeds rampantly perpetrated by the Democrats in the 2020 Presidential election. It was a disgrace to our country! Therefore, the 2024 election, which has just begun to vote, will be under the strictest professional scrutiny, and if I win, those who cheated will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, including long prison sentences, so that this corruption of justice never happens again. We cannot and will not allow our country to further degenerate into a third world country! Please be aware that this legal risk extends to lawyers, political activists, donors, illegal voters, and corrupt election officials. Those involved in immoral conduct will unfortunately be hunted down, arrested, and prosecuted at a level never before seen in our country.
This is a clever tactic by Trump, a way to let anyone considering fraud know that there are consequences, especially in an election that is effectively tied. There is a good chance that Trump will win, and if he does, he will be in a position to enact those consequences.
Basically, what Trump is trying to do here is scare cheaters into stopping them from cheating, but what's wrong with that? Nothing wrong with that. Cheaters should be afraid of cheating, of getting caught, of being prosecuted.
This is not the first time Trump has issued such a warning. Ten days ago, he again issued a warning via Truth Social: WarnedExcerpt:

Not surprisingly, the fake media has deliberately misrepresented the warning not to cheat. For example, CNN this Headline: “Trump sets the stage for debate by threatening to jail election officials.”
