Former Patriots fullback Patrick Pass was arrested in Rhode Island Wednesday after allegedly assaulting an 82-year-old man at a gym.
Paz, 46, and an unidentified man got into an argument over exercise equipment at a Planet Fitness gym in North Providence in late August, when Paz allegedly pushed the victim to the floor. According to multiple reports.

The defendant was charged Wednesday with assault with battery (a felony) and disorderly conduct (a misdemeanor) for assaulting a man over 60 years old, according to court records reviewed by The Washington Post.
Paz was given $10,000 bail and is prohibited from having any contact with the victim, records show.
Pass was Tom Brady's first-round pick in the 2000 NFL Draft and was part of the Patriots teams that won three Super Bowl championships.
The fullback rushed for 526 yards, three rushing touchdowns and one score through the air in eight seasons in the NFL.
He set career highs in 2005 with 245 yards rushing and 227 yards receiving.
He joined the Giants in 2007 and played in one regular season game on the team that beat the Patriots in the Super Bowl.
In 2023, Paz, who was coach of the Massachusetts Pirates of the Indoor Football League, was suspended indefinitely by the league after a brawl that ended with a player jumping into the stands during a game against the Arizona Rattlers.
