Leftist false-flagger tries to take down Christopher Rufo — but there’s a major problem with her narrative

Lauren Windsor, Democrat for Robert Creamer

While his companions seemed desperate to believe Windsor's latest story, it quickly fell apart.

In August 2015, hackers targeted the affair-seeking website Ashley Madison,

A spokesman for Robinson claimed that the Republican had no account on the site, but it appears that virtually anyone could have set up an account in his name.

Windsor responded to this offensive article:
Tweeted“Are there any other prominent conservatives at Ashley Madison? I might know one.”

Democratic activists sent a message.

Windsor tried to use this discovery to his advantage, arguing that “Ruffo appears to have no qualms about deceiving the mother of his children.”

Rufo openly denounced Windsor.

In a subsequent message, the Manhattan Institute fellow added that Windsor's accusations were “verifiably false,” saying:

This is categorically false. I have never used this website, and Lauren Windsor has not presented any evidence to the contrary. Moreover, her specific accusations are easily disproven. I was single in 2014, so the insinuation that I signed up for a “website for married people looking for affairs” or, more grotesquely, that my adopted son, whom I met for the first time several years after this date, signed up using my credit card is a complete fabrication and a shameful slander against children. Lauren Windsor has previously admitted to fabricating the Youngkin Nazi hoax, which is an equally false and partisan slander. A truly disgusting human being.

“It is difficult to believe that Mr. Rufo would have registered with a dating site for married people in June 2014 when he was still single,” said Krista Bauman, Dillon's First Amendment and defamation attorney, adding that Mr. Rufo met his wife in 2015, married her the following year and legally adopted their son.

Apparently, some of Windsor's more extreme detractors have demonstrated how easily strangers can sign up to the website using her personal email address and create an OnlyFans page under her name and email address.

When asked by Monacelli if the OnlyFans account was hers, Windsor said:
Reply“There are a lot of people posting about registering their email addresses on the site.”
