A shooting occurred at a Democratic campaign office in Tempe, Arizona, on Monday.
No one was injured in the shooting, but the building was damaged. KTVK reported.
Police responded to the campaign office near Southern Avenue and Priest Drive and found gunfire damage, the outlet reported.

According to KTVK, no one was inside the building at the time of the shooting, so the incident is being investigated as a property crime.
The Mesa Forensic Science Unit and the Tempe Police Department are investigating the incident.

“Throughout the night, several shots were fired into the Tempe Democratic campaign office,” Sean McEnany, campaign manager for the Arizona Democratic National Committee, told KTVK.

“I'd like to thank the Tempe Police Department for their quick response to the scene. We are fortunate that no one was at the scene and no one was injured,” he added.
