Former President Trump told supporters gathered in Pennsylvania on Monday that he doesn't like anyone who dislikes him, joking that it's a “character flaw.”
The former president went on a lengthy rant about late-night show hosts, slamming NBC's Jimmy Fallon and ABC's Jimmy Kimmel, who frequently mock Trump.
He then spoke about his recent appearance on Greg Gutfeld's Fox News late-night show, where he and Gutfeld didn't always see eye to eye.
“I don't like anybody that hates me. And I'll be honest with you, if they hate me, I hate them, OK?,” Trump said. “I know that sounds childish … but that's the way it is. Call it a character flaw.”
Trump also said he enjoyed Gutfeld's show, noting the “great chemistry” the pair had.
“We actually liked each other,” Trump said with a laugh.
Trump appeared on Gutfeld's Fox News show last week, days after the second assassination attempt on the former president in as many months, and the two joked about the incident on Gutfeld's show.
