Jake Paul recently posted a video of himself lifting weights shirtless, raising questions about his appearance.
An Instagram video showed the YouTuber-turned-pro boxer setting a new personal record by bench pressing 500 pounds while training for his Nov. 15 fight against Mike Tyson. But fans seemed more interested in his belly, which appeared to be fake, protruding and missing some tattoos.
“The new record is 500 pounds,” Paul said. “I'm the strongest heavyweight alive.”
“The greatest boxer alive,” he added in the caption.
“It's time for you to do it,” wrote Logan Paul, the brother of fellow YouTuber who has wrestled in WWE and boxed.
“What happened to your stomach?” one asked.
“[Why] “Why does your belly stick out like that?” said another.
Paul, who is known for his online trolling, appeared to be doing just that, with some suggesting this was a skit in which Paul was lifting fake weights.
The tattoos on Paul's stomach and sides appeared to have mysteriously disappeared, providing further evidence that they were probably fakes.
