One of the best things about the Presidents Cup, Ryder Cup, and other team events is that the players' wives come to cheer them on.
Yes, I participate in regular PGA Tour events, but team tournaments are different.
From wearing gorgeous dresses at the opening gala to wearing team colors throughout the event, these wives get their own “team uniform.”
It's so cute to see everyone following along in unison throughout each session.
Not everyone pays attention to what women wear, but of course I do. I love seeing what they get out of the players that suit their team and how they style.
This year's costumes are great from both perspectives.
Let's take a look at some of my favorite games I've seen between both teams.
On Saturday, the American wife and girlfriend wore hockey sweaters made in the USA. With the Presidents Cup being held in Canada, it made sense to design a team sweater. It was very cute, not too masculine, and had a soft, feminine feel to it.
Adidas did a great job making them, and I liked that some of them paired them with puffer vests. I want a vest and a sweater. Not to mention the bright red hat that includes the red flag. Just add a pop of color. Some wore red, white and blue beanies, which was a great option.
Look at how cute these international wives look in Nikes, black and white socks, skorts, and classic black tops. Trendy yet completely classic. I love it because I can wear it all. The gold pom-poms are also valuable.
On Friday, the international wives wore super cute khaki sweaters, white polo shirts, and another black skirt. It was another classic look that looks great on everyone.
American wives also opted for classic looks on Friday. But it wasn't to my liking. It looked like a riding suit and felt out of place at a golf tournament. Still, the women looked great.

The international wives mesmerized me again with their black and white sweaters on the first day.
Some fans joked on social media Looks like a “hamburger shop'' But this sweater is chic and versatile. But it was a good joke. I give them credit.
Regardless, this is a chic option and one that looks good on a variety of body types. I want to put this sweater in my closet.
It was great to see some women wearing sweaters and pants, and others wearing skirts. Rain boots and high socks were perfect for this outfit. I also loved pairing the skirt with long socks, it was so fun and trendy.
Some people were wearing regular baseball caps, but others brought bucket hats, which caught my attention again.
So far, the international team's wives have won the best-dressed award, but there's one more day left for the American team to impress.
