Trump to Participate in All-Female Town Hall on ‘Issues Impacting Women’

Former President Donald Trump will participate in an all-female Fox News town hall in Georgia to air on Oct. 16, just weeks before the election, specifically addressing “issues that affect women.” I plan to take it up.

fox news made Friday's announcement notes that it will be held in a one-hour town hall in Cumming, Georgia, moderated by Harris Faulkner. According to Fox News, the town hall will focus on “issues that affect women” and the audience will be “all women.”

“Women make up the largest group of registered and active voters in the United States, and it is paramount that women voters understand where presidential candidates stand on the issues that matter most to them,” Faulkner said in a statement. ” he said.

“We look forward to giving viewers the opportunity to learn more about where former President Trump stands on these topics,” she added.

The City Hall meeting will be pre-recorded on Oct. 15 and broadcast the following day, according to a press release. Faulkner's focus 11 a.m. ET.

In a press release, Fox News said it “continues to invite Vice President Harris to town hall events with her peers and has spoken to her campaign team multiple times since becoming a presidential candidate in August.” It has been extended.”

News of the town hall comes on the heels of President Trump's announcement that he will not hold a new debate with Vice President Kamala Harris.

The two first faced each other on September 10, but Trump subsequently declined an invitation from CNN to participate in the October 23 debate, which Harris accepted.

“The process is way behind, (early) voting has already begun, and there will be no rematch!” Trump wrote in an Oct. 9 post on Truth Social, having won the past two debates. Harris previously accepted an invitation from Fox News to participate in the Sept. 4 debate, but she said she “rejected it.”

“Mr. Kamala made it clear yesterday that she would not do anything different than Joe Biden, so there is no room for debate,” Trump added.

The news comes as former President Barack Obama has sounded the alarm about Harris' lack of support among black voters, especially black men.
