NFL players and wives go FULL MAGA — voice support for Trump and RIP Kamala

The NFL may be almost “woke,” but that hasn't stopped several players' wives from expressing support for Donald Trump on social media.

The latest show of support for Trump comes from the wives of Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa and running back Raheem Mostert, who are speaking out publicly after the response to the hurricane. He showed enthusiasm.

Tagovailoa's wife, Anna, reposted a video of conservative influencer Benny Johnson. The video showed the former president entertaining 275 Florida Power and Light line workers at a resort in Miami. The former president did not prosecute the linemen and ensured their safety during the hurricane's landfall.

Mostert's wife, Devon, criticized Kamala Harris for going after Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) in the wake of Hurricane Helen, calling the vice president “textbook trash.”

“These husbands, these big stars, Tagovailoa has insane contracts in the tens of millions of dollars. They're like, 'Honey, let's not play politics here, I'm the star quarterback.' They're just letting it fly,'' Blaze News writer Andrew Chapados told Jill Savage and Matthew Peterson on Blaze News Tonight.

“It's completely different than what we've seen from athletes in years past,” he added.

Patrick Mahomes of the Kansas City Chiefs also has a wife who openly supports Trump.

“And he's pitching to Travis Kelce, who has sponsorship deals with Pfizer and Bud Light,” Shapados said. “And Taylor Swift is said to be dating him, but you know her political leanings were Democratic back in 2017.”

Chapados points out that he says “probably” because he doesn't believe the relationship is real.

“I'm a resident Swiftie,” Savage commented, adding, “I totally agree with you.”
