Spooky season was in full swing this morning. live with kelly and mark.
Mark Consuelos teased that his Long Island home “could be haunted” after conducting a survey on “the number of homeowners who think their home is haunted.” Kelly Ripa insisted it was a “harmless entity.”
“We have harmless ghosts,” she added, prompting Consuelos to call them “villains.”
Ripa recalled that Consuelos' mother “first warned her” about the presence of the ghost, explaining: “She decided he was a little boy.”
“But he doesn't intend to harm us,” she clarified. “But he pushed her down from behind, remember? He pushed her down from behind, and I thought, 'Maybe she just fell off.' She was like, 'No, Kelly, no.' ”
Consuelos recalled another goofy ghostly incident when her daughter Laura was about 7 or 8 years old.
“Her room was right next to where my parents slept in the guest room,” he said. She went into my father and mother's room and my mother was scared. ”

Ripa said, “Your mother thought Laura was a ghost!”
Consuelos continued. “So she screamed, and Laura screamed too.”
Ripa added, “Then Laura started crying, and then your mom started screaming even more.”
Consuelos brought up the “creepiest” story about her youngest son Joaquin, claiming their “little ghost” had been “there for years.”
“When the kids came home for Thanksgiving, we were talking about it,” he said. “And Joaquin said, “There are no ghosts.'' The next morning I met him at breakfast, and he was looking at me. He said, “Did you turn all the figures' heads over?'' Say it.”
Ripa jumped in, saying, “No, he said, 'Good luck.'” Okay, try scaring me. ”
She went on to explain that Joaquin has a collection of Star Wars figures.
“He was like, 'I know you turned all the action figures in the opposite direction to the wall,'” Ripa remembers him telling them. “At first I thought Mark did it, because that's what you do, and I was excited. I was like, 'Great.' ”
But Consuelos said he “didn't do that” and, in fact, “no one did that.”
“They're trying to make fun of something I did and I'm like, 'I didn't do it,'” he elaborated. “I should have thought about it, but I didn't.”
They described feeling “cold chills” when their son went to bed that night and then hearing a pounding on the bed.
“When he turns on the light, there's nothing there,” Ripa added. “And he felt this again with the lights on. He ran up the stairs and ran into everyone's room like, 'There's a ghost in my room.' Isn't that strange?
