Sias claims that Mahmoud secretly took her to his Alinea Medical Spa, where he injected her with filler around her eyes, which were still swollen, and that the procedure also involved anesthesia. It is said that the procedure was tortuous and was carried out without any prior knowledge.
“He stuck a needle in my face, and I could feel the needle scratching the bone,” Sias told The Post in an exclusive interview.
Singer and model based in Los Angeles. He also previously appeared on “Maxim.'' The Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit alleges that Mahmoud is a violent drug- and alcohol-abusing sex addict behind the façade of a caring plastic surgeon.
She also believes Mr Mahmoud has allegedly beaten and abused other women. The accusations are echoed in an ongoing lawsuit filed in 2014 by the doctor's ex-wife.
Sias documented bruises and other injuries she allegedly suffered at Mahmoud's hands during their nine-month relationship in stomach-churning photos scattered throughout the 16-page civil complaint.
“There's no 'she said' here,” her attorney Larry Hatcher, a partner at Davidoff Hatcher & Citron LLP, told the Post.
“He literally turned her into a sex slave.”
According to the complaint, Sias met Mahmoud during a trip to Miami in April 2023, where they both attended a party on a yacht.
She told the Post that Mahmoud tried to get her to have a threesome with his girlfriend at the time.
The model declined, but said she was still fascinated by Mahmoud and kept in touch.
Shortly after, she came to New York City for another modeling job and began dating him after a whirlwind date that included dinner at the fashionable Meatpacking District restaurant Catch, the lawsuit says. is stated.
According to the complaint, Mahmoud love-bombed Sias with lavish gifts and trips to Miami and Dubai before offering to ship her belongings from his home in North Carolina to his Fifth Avenue home. It is said that he did.
But Sias soon encountered Mahmoud's darker side, including his addiction to the anesthetic ketamine and the synthetic hallucinogen 2C, the lawsuit alleges.
“Nearly every night, Dr. Mahmoud abused drugs and alcohol and pressed himself against Willow at all hours of the night, regardless of whether Willow consented to sexual activity or whether she was conscious or not,” the complaint states. are.
The complaint alleges that on June 7, 2023, after having dinner with Mahmoud, she woke up in the middle of the night to find him partying with three prostitutes in his apartment. When she confronted Mahmoud, he became furious.

“I thought I was going to die,” Sias told the Post.
The complaint says the beating left Sias with swollen eyes, a fractured orbital bone, a disfigured head and an unrecognizable body and face covered in blood and bruises.

During this time, the lawsuit alleges, Mahmoud used his position as a doctor to prescribe Cias antidepressants and then forced her to take ketamine to “keep her submissive and compliant.”
In late July, after Sias' bruising and swelling subsided, Mahmoud took her to his clinic to treat the shattered eye socket and cover up the abuse, the suit alleges.
“Despite the obvious need for proper treatment, Dr. Mahmoud simply concealed and exploited the physical injuries he sustained under the guise of his medical license,” the complaint states.
Mahmoud injected filler around Sias' eyes without anesthesia, a sadistic act of “calculated cruelty,” according to the suit.
“Willow was physically and emotionally traumatized by the torturous experience,” the suit states.
“The pain from the injections was compounded by the emotional distress of learning that her abuser was also her only care option and sought to abuse her doctor's authority to further control and harm her.” It is written.
“I can't look 'natural' anymore because I have fillers in my eyes,” she lamented to the Post.

Sias said she finally escaped from Mahmoud after going to California for work and never returning, leaving all her belongings in Mahmoud's apartment.
The lawsuit accuses Mahmoud of violating the city's Gender-Based Violence Victim Protection Act, intentionally inflicting emotional distress and committing negligence, and that Sias's career has been harmed by mental and physical harm. It is claimed that the injury caused the injury.
Sias, who now lives in Los Angeles, said she and Mahmoud have been living in fear for a long time and are now mostly confined to their home.
“I was scared that he would retaliate and kill me,” she said.
According to the complaint, Sias said she believed Mahmoud had allegedly beaten and abused other women, but court records show this was a previous accusation. shown.
Mahmoud's ex-wife also filed a lawsuit in Manhattan civil court, alleging that the doctor sexually assaulted her during their brief marriage and that the doctor did not “approve” of her body, which led her to use human growth hormone. He was accused of forcing him to administer the drug.
The man also allegedly beat her repeatedly, including suffocating her with a pillow, according to the complaint.
Mahmoud filed a defamation lawsuit against his ex-wife in 2019, strongly denying the accusations and calling them “complete fabrications.”
