Bob Casey refuses to concede Pennsylvania seat to Dave McCormick

Pennsylvania's incumbent Democratic senator, Bob Casey, has yet to cede the race to Republican challenger Dave McCormick, despite multiple media reports reporting the race favoring Republicans.
