Disgraced music and fashion mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs faces five more lawsuits alleging involvement in sex crimes and faces further charges of sexual misconduct, assault and rape facing.
The suit is submitted According to The Wrap, attorney Tony Buzbee filed a complaint Tuesday in New York City alleging that Combs committed “violent sexual assaults” on each of the plaintiffs, including one The man was 17 years old at the time of the alleged rape.
Daddy's House Recordings, Combs Enterprises, Bad Boy Entertainment Holdings, Bad Boy Productions Holdings, Bad Boys Books Holdings, Bad Boys Records, Bad Boy Entertainment, and Bad Boy Productions are all named as defendants in the new filing.
One of the charges alleges Combs raped a then-18-year-old woman outside a Halloween party he held in the Big Apple in 2001. The anonymous woman who made the complaint said she attended the party with her cousin.
The accuser said Combs' security guard escorted her to a limousine parked outside a short distance from the building where the party was being held. Six men were in the limousine and she was given drinks, according to the complaint. The drink contained drugs, she said, and she began to lose control.
According to the complaint, the young woman was asked to perform oral sex on one of the men and “as they performed the sex act against their will, he humiliated and sprayed champagne all over their bodies.”
In another lawsuit, a woman says she was 17 when she was invited to a Fourth of July party at Combs' home in the Hamptons. She, too, said she felt disoriented after drinking what was offered to her, but she remembers seeing a lot of celebrities at the party.
She then claimed to have been raped by multiple people, the complaint states, adding, “Plaintiff's underwear was missing and she felt throbbing pain in her vaginal and anal areas.”
The woman also said Combs threatened her. “Mr. Combs told Plaintiff that she would be in danger if she told him what had happened, saying that Plaintiff would 'run New York and destroy her.' At the very least, the plaintiff recognized that Combs had sexually assaulted her while she was unconscious. She feared for her life.”

A separate lawsuit alleges that Combs and several of his entourage committed a “violent sexual assault and rape” against Combs after they met him at a Miami nightclub and were later invited to Combs' home. was woken up by a man who The man was drugged and said he soon “lost consciousness completely.”
“Then, at some point, he woke up with a sharp pain in his rectum and anus. Another male litigant also claims he was drugged before being sexually assaulted. The second man claims he attended a video audition in New York City in 2001, where he was given a Diet Coke that “tasted weird.” After consuming the drink, he became dazed and disoriented and was forced to lie face down on an ottoman or small couch.
“His pants were pulled to his ankles and his shirt was pulled to his head,” the complaint alleges. “He was in great pain and when he turned around he realized he had been subjected to anal sex by Combs. His vision was blurry, but he could see the tattoo on Combs' chest and the fact that Combs had been sexually assaulted during the interview. Additionally, he claimed that several other men also sodomized him while he was under the influence of drugs.
The final lawsuit was filed by another man who said he was 39 years old when he attended a party at Combs' New York City home.
Like the other anonymous men, the third anonymous man claims he was drugged by drinking what he was given, after which he became “disoriented, lost control of his body and began to lose consciousness.” are.
“When the plaintiff regained consciousness, he was in a dark bedroom with black walls and on a bed with black sheets. Everything around him was pitch black. The plaintiff said Combs was on top of him and sodomized him. “I was horrified when I saw him doing so,” the suit says.
Combs was arrested on September 16 on federal charges of abuse, intimidation, coercion, racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, and bribery against both men and women over a period of more than 10 years. He has been in jail since then. and obstruction of justice, among other crimes.
The music mogul was released after a New York judge ruled that Combs must remain in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center while awaiting his sex trafficking trial, scheduled for May 5. He has been denied bail three times.
He also faces a growing number of lawsuits alleging sexual assault and rape. He was even accused of raping a 10-year-old boy.
