“You're a worthless piece of shit,” Rivera told the female officer.

The officer pulled out a Taser, but Rivera apparently punched him in the head, knocking him to the ground. He then ripped the deputy's Taser out of her hands.

School officials try to stop Rivera from using the Taser.

Chitwood criticized parents Wednesday in a profanity-laced press conference.

“If you lose your Taser during training, you automatically transition to a firearm. If you get a deputy's Taser, you can pretty much expect to get shot.”

Ms Chitwood claimed the parents' son had “bullied and pushed the young girl”. He said the parents were questioning deputies about why the girl was not disciplined for the altercation.

The sheriff played a video clip in which Rivera called the sheriff a “worthless son of a bitch.”

Chitwood blamed his parents, saying, “Let me be clear: the only shit in that video is the mother and father. They're shit.”

He continued: “They attacked my deputy and she suffered a concussion.”

Chitwood declared Iturino “deserves to be fired” from his teaching position for his role in the alleged assault of the deputy.

“I'm not going to let these assholes come and attack legislators doing their job, and I'm not going to expect them to be held accountable,” Chitwood declared.

“You can't say you're furious. There's no reason to call a deputy with a concussion over something as trivial as this,” the sheriff said. The deputy prime minister said he will be on bed rest for four days, WESH reported.

chitwood pointed out“During training, if you lose your Taser, it automatically transfers to your own gun. If you get a deputy's Taser, you can almost expect to be shot. . . . Thank God that didn't happen.”

Additionally, Chitwood said the battery charge against the couple's son is a civil charge, not a criminal charge, according to WESH.

“Go before a judge,” Chitwood said, according to WESH. “The judge will look at the evidence, whether it's counseling, whether it's community service, whatever it is, the judge will impose sanctions, and then it all goes away.”
