Jason Kelsey opened up about his wife Kylie Kelsey, but she didn't hesitate to defend herself.
“Kylie doesn't like me doing the dishes” Jason said during Wednesday's episode. Part of his and Travis Kelsey's “New Heights” podcast.
“She just has an obsessive-compulsive disorder about removing all the food from the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher.”
Kylie then interjected, telling him: “Stop exposing me, you son of a bitch!”
Before scolding Jason, Kylie insisted she “follows instructions” when it comes to using the dishwasher.
Jason says his wife prefers to scrub the plates before putting them in the machine, but the instructions “clearly say not to do that.”
Jason insisted, “You don't have to do that to make the plates clean,” to which Travis responded, “That's how they sell it!”
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end then offered Jason some brotherly advice to avoid future marital conflicts.
“Well, don't touch the plate, Jason,” Travis said, to which the retired NFL center replied, “Okay, I won't touch the plate!”
This is not the first time the father-of-three has been publicly criticized by his wife for comments he made on a podcast.
Just a few weeks ago, Kylie shared her candid thoughts on TikTok after Jason called to give her some advice about being in a “sun state” in the bedroom.
“Judging by the husband's stupid response to this question, he's probably going to be under the spell of not being interested in his wife,” she said in the video.
On the October 30th episode, Jason offered advice on how to solve the lack of intimacy in the bedroom, but Travis admitted he couldn't relate to the issue.
“If you're in the mood, try to set it up early, because women are strange and they don't always want that,” he said.
After Kylie scolded him on social media for his remarks, he responded to her comments on the Nov. 7 episode of his podcast.
“Kylie announced on Twitter that I'm already dry now,” Jason confessed. “I don't want to get into any more trouble with Ky.”
The couple married in 2018 and have three daughters: Wyatt, 5, Elliot, 3, and Bennett, 1.
