Jesse James Accuses Estranged Wife Of Abuse, Files For Restraining Order

Jesse James has filed for a restraining order against his estranged wife, former porn star Bonnie Rotten (Alayna Hicks), alleging domestic violence and abusing their pets.

According to reports, James filed court documents on Wednesday in response to Hicks' divorce application and his own request for a restraining order. TMZ. James is asking that Rotten be ordered to stay 100 feet away from him and their son, Bishop, until the matter is brought to court for a custody hearing. According to TMZ, James claimed that Hicks kicked her in the back as she was leaving their home during a heated argument, breaking her wrist and dislocating her thumb.

According to TMZ, James said a number of such incidents occurred while she was pregnant with Bishop, including an argument in which Hicks allegedly used a thumbnail to put a hole in her neck. He claimed Hicks frequently beats the family's cats and dogs and was concerned that Bishop might emulate his abusive behavior towards pet cats.

In her application for a restraining order, Ms Hicks claimed that Mr James had physically acted against her. She claimed that the man slapped her in the face and that she did not kick him during the altercation that caused her to break her finger. According to TMZ, Hicks claims that she slammed the door, hurting James, and that she punched him in the throat in response.

Hicks told TMZ that she moved out of her home and filed for divorce to protect Bishop's safety, but that's when James began making false accusations against her. She said his claims were “part of his continued attempt to manipulate and gass me.”

“For the safety and well-being of our children, I do not intend to litigate this matter in the media. I am confident that the legal process will properly address these issues and respect our privacy during this time.” I believe that,” she told TMZ. Hicks filed for divorce twice in 2022, but did not proceed with the process at that time.
