“Oh, I love that girl. I love that hair. I want her hair,” Trump said as he drove up to the girl. “Can I buy your hair? I'll pay millions for it.”

President Trump then invited the child to sit with him in the cart and take a photo. The president-elect's trademark hairstyle is sometimes the subject of jokes and curiosity.
