A South Carolina mother accidentally sent her family a live Christmas photo with audio from a “raunchy” erotic romance novel depicting a man's “bulge forming.” The audio sparked viral videos and constant teasing from relatives.

Barber — I had no idea that iPhone live photos include 1.5 seconds of movement and Sound — I took a photo of my Christmas sparkling fireplace display and sent it to my family in a group chat earlier this week.
But the wholesome image of reindeer decorations and lights was interrupted by a vulgar audiobook clip playing in the background. This explains the hot and bothersome male character's pants starting to bulge.

The clip is from the erotic novel Break Me, which critics describe as an “extremely sexy and disturbing” story of an “addictive, forbidden romance.”
McGuigan's husband Mark tapped on the image and revealed the hilarious and embarrassing gaffe.
“He played it for me and we were literally on the floor laughing,” McGuigan said. “It took a really long time to recover.”
Her mother was “mortified,” she said.
Barber, co-owner of the online boutique Willow Dock Design, may have unwittingly given technology-adventures an important tip on how to avoid accidents.
“I didn't realize there was audio in the live photo,” one person wrote in the comments section of TikTok.
“Has anyone else discovered that these Live Photos have sound? Every photo I've ever sent has been so scary,” another user wrote.
