The NFL's bye week is coming to an end and we're entering Week 14.
This year's props are slightly better than the 50/50 effort. Over the course of the season, bettors have made a profit of 5.25 units and have a record of 22 wins and 21 losses.
Even in a profitable year, this is not ideal as it is the worst year since 2020.
As we head into Week 14, we take a look at some high-profile players to help you win both long shots and over/unders.
As always, Bet365 has by far the best odds on the betting market when it comes to longshot props.
Week 14 NFL Player Props
Tyrone Tracy Jr. 62.5+ (-113, ESPN BET) | 150+ Rush Yards (17/1, BET 365)
The Saints' run defense stinks, ranking 32nd in the NFL according to FTN's DVOA (defensive value adjusted above average) run defense.
This should be bet as follows. 1 unit for 62.5+ rushing yards, another half unit between alternate overs, 0.25 units for 100+ (+425), 0.2 units for 125+ +1060 (FanDuel) and Finish with a bet of 0.05 units on Tracy.
He has exceeded 100 rushing yards in two of his last three games, including 145 rushing yards against a solid Steelers defense on October 28th.
New Orleans' run defense is a very favorable matchup, so we could see him explode on Sunday.
Justin Jefferson, 83.5+ receiving yards (-110, Fanatics) | 175+ receptions (14/1, FanDuel) | 10+ receptions (+650, Hard Rock)
DVOA will play Pro Football Focus this weekend, as the Falcons are ranked 5th in PFF coverage and 23rd in DVOA.
They haven't exactly passed the eye test many times this year, allowing wide receivers to eat up the fourth-most fantasy points allowed to opposing receivers this season.
Atlanta also allows the fourth-most receptions to opposing receivers.
Invest around 1.25 units in these three bets, as this game can turn into a shootout quickly.
Cooper Rush 1.5 Rush Attempts (-135, DraftKings) | 5+ (12/1, Bet 365)
He's not a great runner, but that doesn't mean you can't make money with this prop.
In Rush's last two games as a starter, he has totaled one net yard on four rushing attempts and zero yards on five attempts.
Just because you're not good at it doesn't mean you won't try, and there's no one more worthy of a challenge than the Bengals.
Do you want to bet on the NFL?
The Bengals allow the second-most rushing yards per game (34.25) and the most attempts per game (6.83) to opposing quarterbacks in the NFL.
This prop also counts knee downs, so by betting on Monday Night Football, you can expect the Cowboys to get a few knee downs and a shootout to end the game.
Why trust New York Post Betting?
Erich Richter is a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu but has a black belt in mixed martial arts gambling. During football season, he proved to be a huge moneymaker for the Post in the player prop market the past two seasons. Always betting on the long shot, the return on investment from 2022 onwards is 30.15%.
