Joe Burrow received a little off-field protection from a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model.
According to multiple reports Tuesday, Olivia Ponton was busy Monday when Burrow's Ohio home was broken into, meaning the Bengals quarterback was taking down the Cowboys on “Monday Night Football” in Dallas. He is said to be the person who called 911 at the time.
Ponton, 22 years old; called by a robber When he pulled up to Vallow's $7.5 million home in Cincinnati at 8:14 p.m., he saw “a bedroom window broken and a room ransacked.”
“Someone broke into my house,” the model with 8 million TikTok followers told authorities over the phone. “It looks like it's a complete mess. …Could you send more people over?”
The investigation into the incident is still ongoing, but he is at least the third NFL star to have his home broken into during a game.
This comes after the NFL sent a memo to players and teams warning them they could be targeted following the home invasions of Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes.
According to reports, a South American criminal organization is believed to be at the center of the case involving the Chiefs' stars.
Ponton also called his mother, Diane, who also called 911.
“I have a daughter, this is Joe Burrow's house. She's staying there and he's coming to watch the football game. What should she do, hide or come out?” I’m not sure if I should,” she said.
It is unclear whether anything was taken from Barrow's home.
The relationship between Ponton and Burrow, 28, is unknown, but documents from the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office say the influencer is “employed” by the QB.
Neither has commented publicly, but it would be an awkward way to announce a romantic relationship.
Vallow was thought to be engaged to his longtime girlfriend Olivia Holzmacher, but the college sweethearts have not confirmed the news, with Holzmacher posting on Instagram on January 31 Since then, they have not appeared on each other's social media.
