Queen Camilla’s son addresses ‘conspiracy’ theories about her health

Queen Camilla's son Thomas Parker Bowles has denied rumors about his mother's health as she continues to recover from pneumonia.

The 49-year-old food writer and restaurant critic shared an update on the 77-year-old royal's condition during a recent appearance on “The Go To Food Podcast.”

“Most importantly, how's your mom doing? Because she's been a little sick. Are you going to go into full recovery mode for this ridiculous season?” host Freddie said at the beginning of the episode, which was uploaded on Sunday. Claude asked.

Parker-Bowles responded, “I agree, I agree, when something like this is going around, because of these bugs, it's not a huge conspiracy theory or anything.”

He revealed that Camilla became unwell when her husband King Charles visited Australia and Samoa in October.

“She went on tour and caught some kind of bad bug, and before she got well again, [she] She tried too hard, as usual,” Parker Bowles said.

“But anyway, just touch the wood and everything will be fine,” he added, using the British version of the American phrase “knock on wood.”

“Will she have fun until Christmas?'' asked Clode.

“She's tough,” Parker Bowles replied.

Parker Bowles is the son of Camila and ex-husband Andrew Parker Bowles, 84, who also share a daughter, Laura Lopez, 46.

In early November, Buckingham Palace announced in a statement that Camilla had been diagnosed with a chest infection and would not attend Britain's annual Remembrance Weekend event.

On December 3, Camilla spoke about her health at a reception to mark the 50th anniversary of Women's Aid, a charity that works to end domestic violence against women and children.

“I'm still a little tired. I'm slowly getting better,” she told attendees, according to the Daily Mail.
