Florida State Police say a man has died in a traffic accident. stung 70 times to his ex-girlfriend.
The Seminole County Sheriff's Office said officers were called around 12:45 a.m. Friday to a report of two people being stabbed at a residence on Hibbard Trail in Chuluota.

An unidentified man at the scene said he woke up to find 42-year-old James Christopher Lindsay on top of Stevens and stabbing her. He claimed Lindsey used a hammer to break into his home.
The man tried to help Lindsey but was stabbed in the leg, ran to a neighbor's house and called 911. Lindsay's 16-year-old child was also in the home, but he was unharmed.
Around 5 a.m., the suspect's body was found on Fort Christmas Road in the Orange County area after being ejected from a car crash. Police said the man was driving at speeds in excess of 100 miles per hour and lost control of the vehicle.
Police said Lindsey and Stevens had been involved in a domestic violence incident since 2014, and Stevens was charged with domestic violence against Lindsey in November. judge rejected Police required him to wear an ankle monitor as a condition of his detention.
