Body camera footage has revealed that model and actor Chris Zylka was involved in a bloody scuffle with police during an arrest last week.
At 4:45 p.m. on December 4th, police responded to a report of a man wearing pajama pants and no shirt or shoes trying to get into a car with a gun in subzero temperatures in a Cleveland suburb. Police identified Zilka as the suspect. WKBN First reported.
Paris Hilton's ex-fiance was spotted jumping in traffic in the middle of an intersection before allegedly trying to break into a woman's car through the window.
When Zylka arrived at the scene, he pointed his cell phone at officers, began foaming at the mouth and appeared to be under the influence of drugs, according to a police report.
After forcing Zylka to his knees, the video shows him resisting and fighting with officers. Later, during a chaotic scuffle, one of the officers accidentally taps the detective instead of Zylka.
The detective who used the Taser then used the Taser twice on Zylka's leg, but the actor appeared unfazed. Zylka was arrested after a third detective put him in a chokehold and handcuffed him, according to the video.
A bleeding and incoherent Jirka is then seen being strapped into an ambulance by paramedics.
Zylka is currently facing felony charges of assault and criminal attempt, as well as misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and aggravated menacing.
