Jill Biden schooled by children at White House toy drive event in priceless moment

The kids are fine.

On Friday, first lady Jill Biden wished young people “Happy Holidays” at a Marine Corps Reserve toy drive, but several children quickly corrected her and the exchange was caught on camera. “Happy Christmas,'' he said, sparking a social media frenzy.

“Hello! How are you? Hello! Happy Holidays,” the 73-year-old first lady told children participating in the annual Toys for Marine Corps Reserve Toys Campaign at the White House.

Her wishes for the children of military personnel were met with multiple cries of “Happy Christmas!”

The first lady couldn't help but laugh when she saw how the children received the seasonal greetings, and replied, “Happy Christmas, that's right.''

A video of Biden being corrected quickly went viral on social media, with most praising the young man's response.

“Even a kid can understand,” former NCAA swimmer Riley Gaines wrote on X, adding a laughing emoji.

“Jill Biden fact-checked by toddler,” another user tweeted.

Conservative Catholic group CatholicVote responded by tweeting a cross emoji and writing, “We are truly back.”

“It came out of a baby's mouth,” Urisou Brito, senior pastor of Providence Church in Pensacola, Florida, tweeted.

Michigan's Eastside Republican Club claimed that Biden “aims to be PC to the very end.”

“The kids in the crowd know better,” the Republican group added.

In her speech, the first lady told children that “if there's one thing you remember from the holidays,” it's that “you are loved.”

“There are so many people who care about you, from your family and friends to your teachers and classmates to the president and me,” Biden said. “And the best thing we can do with that love is to let it overflow, to share it with others who may really need it.”

She concluded her greeting by saying, “Merry Christmas and happy holidays.”
