Liberals are calling for Time magazine to be “discontinued” after it named President-elect Donald Trump as its 2024 Person of the Year. Time magazine is a title given to famous people regardless of their political views or controversy.
“Cancel Time Magazine,” a popular left-wing Facebook page called “The Other 98%,” posted on Saturday, along with the magazine's customer service number:

“Please block me on all social platforms,” one commenter wrote, garnering nearly 30,000 likes.
“I did it yesterday after a 20 year subscription. It felt so good,” replied another.
Trump was also honored with the title of “Person of the Year” in 2016, which he celebrated. It's ringing Thursday's New York Stock Exchange opening bell:
When Time magazine posted a cover image featuring Trump on social media, it received comments from critics who even canceled their subscriptions.

Past recipients of this title include Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Nikita Khrushchev, and Ayatollah Khomeini, but somehow President Trump has caused people to stop subscribing to the magazine altogether. It makes me want to.
