Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers in Philadelphia have arrested an illegal Senegalese immigrant wanted on suspicion of murder in Brazil.
ICE officials said in a statement that Senegalese national Golla Toury Fall, 34, was arrested on Dec. 10 during a targeted crackdown in Philadelphia.
Fall was captured and released by the Biden-Harris administration's Border Patrol in Eagle Pass, Texas, in April 2021, officials said.
Officials said Fall was then issued a notice to appear before an immigration judge and was later released on parole.

ICE said it learned in May that Fall had an outstanding arrest warrant in Brazil.
Fall is currently in ICE custody pending removal proceedings.
