A Virginia hunter died after a bear shot by a fellow hunter fell out of a tree and landed on top of him.

The incident occurred when a group of hunters were tracking a bear and the bear ran up a tree. One of the hunters then shot the animal, which landed on top of 58-year-old Lester C. Harvey.
Harvey was taken to hospital in “serious but stable condition” and later succumbed to his injuries, KSBY announced. reported.
