○One of my beauty resolutions is to experiment more with color. So, at a recent Chanel event, I tried out the pink eyeshadow from the palette on this page. I can't live without this… A hand cream that rivals facial moisturizing cream.
Sometimes I accidentally leave the house without applying hand cream and my hands and I end up feeling really bad. You may find yourself wanting to ask a total stranger if you can borrow their hand cream (as long as it comes in a tube for hygiene reasons). Regardless, hand cream has long been an important part of my beauty routine, and many Black women's beauty routines. Culturally, dry, gray hands were never an option. Therefore, I am always looking for creams that offer more than that. I was intrigued by this one from Nécessaire. Because it contains retinol and the change in my hands (smoother, brighter) was impressive. The brand creates its body products with the same care and attention it uses when creating products for the face. This is especially meaningful for hands. The hardest working parts of our bodies, they actually require more than water. Tested by dermatologists, this hand cream contains AHA, peptides, and retinol, so it has all the features you'd expect from a hand cream, but also helps reduce the appearance of dark spots, wrinkles, and even brittleness. It also treats the cuticle. Generally, retinol should be used at night (due to sun sensitivity), and this product is an overnight treatment. However, I used it as is during the day.
