Colorado Coach Deion Sanders Warns Players Not to Be Caught Smoking Before Bowl Game

Colorado Buffaloes coach Deion Sanders issued a serious warning to his players ahead of Friday's Alamo Bowl game. If a player is caught smoking before a game, it “will be his last smoke.”

Sanders can be seen on video addressing the players and making sure they are taking their health and the game seriously.

“If you smell smoke on any floor, or someone tells you someone is smoking on that floor, that's going to be your last puff,” Sanders said.

You could hear some of the players laughing, but Sanders continued to show them he was dead serious.

“All I'm saying is this is your last puff. It's your last puff. It's your last game, so I hope it's good,” he continued. . “I promise you, if you smell smoke on your clothes during morning practice, breakfast, or anything else, that will be the last time you smell smoke.”

The coach didn't explain exactly what type of smoke he was referring to, but he was likely referring to all types of smoke.

It will be the Buffaloes' first bowl game since 2020, but if they win, it will be their first win since 2004.

Colorado has two players to watch in the 2025 NFL Draft, Travis Hunter and Shedure Sanders. They are considered very likely to be first-round draft picks, so they are taking out disability insurance in case they are injured in a game this season. fox news Reported.
