Model and actress Dale Haddon has died of suspected carbon monoxide poisoning. She was 76 years old.
According to the Solebury County Sheriff's Office, at 6:30 a.m. local time Friday, they arrived at Haddon's son-in-law and “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” alum Mark Brucas in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. First responders transported the man to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey, where he is being treated. police report claims.

An investigation by Solebury County Police determined that the cause of the carbon monoxide leak was “a defective gas heating system flue and exhaust pipe.”
“The New Hope Eagle Volunteer Fire Department also responded to the scene and detected high levels of carbon monoxide on the property,” the report states.
“Two medics were transported to Doylestown Hospital for carbon monoxide exposure and a Solebury Township police officer was treated at the scene.”
Bucks County Deputy Coroner Elliot Gross confirmed Haddon's death. USA Today it said in a statement Friday.
Gross also said a toxicology report is being prepared to determine the official cause of death.
Other family members in the home were unaffected by the suspected leak, but ABC6 I will report.
Haddon was known as one of the top models of the 1970s.
She also appeared in several films with Nick Nolte, including Disney's “The World's Greatest Athletes'' and “North Dallas Forty.''
