Former NFL star Antonio Brown has launched a fund for the victims and their families of the New Orleans terrorist attack in the early hours of New Year's Day.
Suspect Shamsud Din Jabbar drove a truck into a crowd on Bourbon Street, killing more than a dozen people and injuring several more. He died in a shootout with police after being rammed, believed to be inspired by ISIS.

Brown launched a GoFundMe on Thursday, which raised more than $3,500 in the first few hours.
“This has nothing to do with me and everything to do with helping the families who lost loved ones in New Orleans,” the fundraiser's description said. “I will be working with Gofundme so that the dollars raised can be distributed to the 15 families who lost a loved one on January 1st. Prayers.”
Brown isn't the only NFL figure to reach out to victims.

New Orleans Saints defensive end Cam Jordan donated $25,000 to a fund established by the Greater New Orleans Foundation and the city of New Orleans.
“I join @GNOFoundation and @CityOfNOLA in donating $25,000 to the New Year's Day Tragedy Fund to support the victims of the attack,” Jordan wrote to X. Please consider donating to the cause.” I was seriously injured. ”
